Did Bikram Yoga yesterday (3/6) and on Friday morning (3/3) for an hour and a half. I am definetely trying to accelerate my weight loss so I can be skinny by my b-day in April. I am about the same weight since I updated last but I feel like I am losing body fat because my clothes are looser and I can pinch less body fat on myself.
I has been pretty hard trying to keep myself from binging since 2/19. It if much easier to stop myself because when I ask my boyfriend if he will take me somewhere to eat or buy crap he absolutely stops me. I'm definetely glad that I asked him to keep me from binging on crap because it makes me feel good only for that instant and then I feel like utter hell afterward. Instead of having cookies, candies, and chips (all the good stuff) I have almonds instead. Even though they are high calorie I find it really helps to have a few almonds to kick a craving for so much more. I've been keeping an close eye on my intake lately. I need to loose the weight by my birthday!

Today is Day 11 and I am feeling pretty good about things. It feels like my stomach has shrunk alot in 11 days. I saw a guy that I used to date on campus yesterday and he said that he could tell that I've lost weight! Does that mean I looked hideous before? It doesn't matter because I am not going back to that weight again.

Her face has transformed. I hope mine does! You can definetely see it in her shoulders and arms too. Really you can see it all over. She is totally a different person. What an inspiration!!
